UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. ââ'¬" The Penn State fencing team is heading to Kansas City, Mo. for the Junior Olympics this weekend.
The women's fencing team will compete first on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 8 a.m. in junior women's epee with sophomore Alissa Hofmann (Cambridge, Mass.) and freshman Barbara Vanbenthuysen (Spring, TX).
Sophomores Julian Fevry (St. Albans, N.Y.), Charles Wells (Melville, N.Y.) and freshman Andrey Ostatnigrosh (Fresno, Calif.) will compete in junior men's foil on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m.
Freshman Stefania Tomich (Chantilly, Va.) will compete on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 8 a.m. in junior's women's foil.
