UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's lacrosse team announced the addition of ten new student-athletes for the 2022 class who will provide depth at all positions on during the fall national signing period.

The ten incoming student-athletes will bring in talent from all around the northeast, featuring three from Pennsylvania, three from New York, and one from each Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey.

"Our staff is thrilled with the quality of character of our incoming student-athletes," head coach Jeff Tambroni stated of his incoming players. "We feel fortunate to have developed such a strong relationship with these young men and their families. We are confident that these young men will have a significant, and positive, impact in our community, classroom and on the field."

PRIOR TO PENN STATE
A four-year member of St. Mary's lacrosse team, Fyock helped guide his team to a 2015 MIAA-A Championship title … Named second team all-county and ran cross country for three years with the Saints.

Born Aleric Isaiah Fyock on September 14, 1999, in Bethesda, Maryland … Parents are Robert and Jessica Fyock … Has a younger brother, Caleb, and a younger sister, Addison … Grandfather and uncle both attended Penn State … Plans to major in marketing.

A four-year member of the Collegiate School lacrosse team … Going into his senior season, White has tallied 141 career-assists and 192 career-goals … In 2015, he set the schools season-points record with 51 goals and 53 assists to help his team finish with an undefeated regular season … White has earned All-State every year and was named All-Metro Player of the Year in 2017 … Played Varsity Football and won the 2016 State Championship … Played three years of club ball for Amped Lax.

A four-year member of the Shawnee High School lacrosse team, Funk has been named Captain for two consecutive seasons … In 2017, he helped guide his team to a 16-2 season, earning the Conference Championship title … Funk was named 1st team All-Conference, All-South Jersey and 2nd team All-State … His team won the South Jersey Group 3 Championships in 2015 … Played five years of club ball with Big 4 HHH and US Indoor Lacrosse U-19 in Summer 2016 … Funk was named Maverick Showtime All-Star in 2015 … He is a three-year letter winner for Shawnee Soccer and earned two conference championship titles.

During 2017, he was named All-Interac, All-EPLCA, and an All-American after a stellar season ... Played four years of club ball with Mesa Fresh where he was named Team Captain.

Born Jack Hutchinson Traynor on May 19, 20, 0 in Paoli, Pennsylvania … Parents are Kevin and Elizabeth … Has four brothers, Tripp, AJ, Matty, and Kyle... Brother, AJ, plays lacrosse at Loyola and brother, Tripp, is a senior on the lacrosse team here at Penn State. Traynor plans to attend the Smeal School of Business.
