MBB Exhibition Game Set for Nov. 3

July 25, 2018

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's basketball team will play host to Nyack College for an exhibition game on Saturday, Nov. 3 in the Bryce Jordan Center. This exhibition game is included in the 2018-19 season ticket package, featuring 10 Big Ten Conference home games and five regular-season nonconference contests.

Fans can view the 2018-19 nonconference schedule online at GoPSUsports.com. The Big Ten Conference schedule, game times and broadcast information will be announced later this summer.

While Nyack College will be making its first-ever trip to the BJC, the sidelines will feature Nittany Lion head coach Patrick Chambers and Warrior head coach and Nyack alumnus Jason Crafton. The two head coaches served on the Villanova basketball staff together in 2005 as Chambers and Crafton helped the Wildcats to a Sweet Sixteen appearance, 24-8 record and top-25 national ranking that season.

This 2018-19 preseason exhibition game between the Nittany Lions and Warriors will be the sixth-straight vs. a Division I program for Nyack.

Penn State opens the 2018-19 regular season on Friday, Nov. 9. Pre-game festivities for the home opener include the raising of the 2018 NIT Championship banner.
