WVB Announces 2018 BTN Schedule

ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Penn State women's volleyball team set to make at least five appearances on national television in 2018, as announced by the Big Ten Conference on Tuesday afternoon.

Penn State will be featured on the Big Ten Network slate on five occasions, with two coming at Rec Hall, and three happening on the road.

In September, Penn State's September 19 match at Minnesota will be aired on BTN at 9 p.m., while their September 28 match at Michigan State will air at 7 p.m.

On October 13, Penn State will host Nebraska at 8 p.m. on BTN, and their home match with Rutgers on October 17 will also air on BTN, starting at 7 p.m.

Penn State versus Nebraska will be featured on the Big Ten Network for a second time as the November 2 match in Lincoln, Neb., will air at 8 p.m.

The Big Ten volleyball television schedule features at least 33 matches televised live on BTN (the last six being late-season wild card selections that will be announced at a later date) and highlighted by eight doubleheader broadcasts.

Additional games could be selected for broadcast by another Big Ten television partner, ESPN, with that announcement to come at a later date.

Big Ten games may be televised on BTN Plus (streaming through the BTN2Go platform) or ESPN3 (streaming through the WatchESPN platform). Information on those broadcasts will be made available on BTN2Go.com and espn.com/watch, respectively.
