1. Log in to your Penn State Account Manager (www.GoPSUSports.com/accountmanager) Please note you need to log in with the email address associated with your account. Account numbers can no longer be used to log in.
2. Click on "Manage Tickets."
3. Select the event that has an existing ticket transfer offer.
4. Click on "Edit / Manage."
5. Click on "Reclaim." An email will be sent to the sender and the recipient confirming the ticket offer has been cancelled.
