Penn State-Iowa Game to Kick at 3:30 p.m.

The No. 18/16-ranked Nittany Lions welcome Iowa to Beaver Stadium for the Military Appreciation game Oct. 27 with kick time set for 3:30 p.m. on either ABC or ESPN (network will be determined Oct. 20). In addition, the game will also be available on the Penn State Sports Network (2 p.m. airtime) and GoPSUsports.com.
 
Penn State is 15-12 all-time against Iowa, including victories in the last four meetings. Last season, the Nittany Lions collected a thrilling 21-19 come-from-behind win over the Hawkeyes in Iowa City. Trace McSorley hit Juwan Johnson on a 7-yard touchdown pass as time expired to claim the win for the Nittany Lions. Saquon Barkley had a record-breaking evening with 211 rushing yards and a program-best 358 all-purpose yards. McSorley had 284 yards on 31-of-48 passing. Defensively, Jason Cabinda had a team-high six tackles, while Shareef Miller and Marcus Allen each registered 2.0 tackles for loss.
