UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Big Ten announced the 2019-20 women's basketball conference season opponent breakdown Wednesday afternoon.
Penn State, who will be playing under first-year head coach Carolyn Kieger, is scheduled for two-plays (home and away contests) against Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern and Rutgers in the 2019-20 season.
The Lady Lions will face Illinois, Indiana, Maryland and Minnesota just once in the 2019-20 season in the friendly confines of the Bryce Jordan Center.
Penn State's away-only Big Ten opponents for the 2019-20 season are Nebraska, Ohio State, Purdue and Wisconsin.
The complete 2019-20 Big Ten women's basketball schedule will be announced in late summer.
