UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.-- The sophomore doubles duo of Gabby O'Gorman (Gunnedah, N.S. Wales, Australia) and Olivia Rohrbacher (Sandusky, Ohio) stayed in the Oracle/ITA Division I Doubles Rankings this week, checking in at No. 90.
"Congrats to Gabby and Olivia for their doubles ranking," said head coach Chris Cagle. "It is a good way for them and for our team to wrap up the spring. It shows what we are capable of and I look forward to building on that next fall."
O'Gorman and Rohrbacher finished the year with a 15-5 record in doubles this spring, with a .750 win percentage. All 15 of the duo's wins have come on court No. 1. Their 15 wins are the most by a Penn State pair in over a decade.
In conference, the pair own a team-high six doubles wins. The duo defeated their first ever ranked opponents this season against Purdue in then-No. 45 Silvia Ambrosio and Amina Mukhametshina, 6-2.
The pair has a career-high ranking of No. 79.
