BJC Dual Singles and Rec Hall SROs on Sale Oct. 24

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – With the 2019-20 wrestling season less than a month away, Penn State wrestling fans are reminded that a limited chance to purchase BJC Dual singles and standing room only tickets for Rec Hall duals will begin on Thursday, Oct. 24.  Penn State, under the direction of head coach Cael Sanderson, has won eight of the last nine national titles and returns a strong line-up this year.  The Nittany Lions have eight home duals this season.

Penn State begins the 2019-20 season at home with a dual against the Naval Academy. The Nittany Lions will host Navy on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m. in Rec Hall.  Penn State hits the road until December 8, when the Penn Quakers visit Rec Hall for a 2 p.m. dual in Rec Hall.  The Penn dual is the first of four straight home events, but the next three do not occur until January.  Penn State hosts Illinois in its Big Ten opener on Friday, Jan. 10.  The Lions host Northwestern two days later on Sunday, Jan. 12.  The Nittany Lions close out a conference home stand by hosting Rutgers on Sunday, Jan. 19.  All three duals are in Rec Hall.

The Nittany Lions will host the Maryland Terrapins on Sunday, Feb. 2, in Rec Hall in another conference contest.  Penn State then hosts its annual BJC Dual on Saturday, Feb. 15, welcoming conference foe Ohio State to the Bryce Jordan Center.  Please note that all Big Ten dual times are TBA as of October 10, 2019.  The Nittany Lions close out their home slate on Sunday, Feb. 23, by hosting American University at 2 p.m. in Rec Hall.

Standing room only single event tickets for Penn State's seven Rec Hall duals and single event tickets for February's BJC Dual against Ohio State will be available to the public beginning on Thursday, Oct. 24.  Since the full regular season is sold out in advance, these limited SRO and BJC singles are expected to sell quickly and all sales are based on availability.
