UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State University will be the site of the 2019 Big Ten Field Hockey Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Penn State Field Hockey Complex on Thursday, Nov. 7 through Sunday, Nov. 10, with action on three of those four days.
The tournament begins on Thursday, Nov. 7, with three first round games. The regular season's #1 seed will receive a first-round bye. Seeds #4 and #5 will battle at 11 a.m., seeds #2 and #7 will play at 2 p.m. and seeds #3 and #6 will face off at 5 p.m. The Big Ten semifinals take place on Friday, Nov. 8, with the #1 seed playing the #4/#5 winner at 4 p.m. The #2/#7 winner will then take on the #3/#6 winner at 6:30 p.m. Saturday is a practice day for the two semifinal winners. The Big Ten Tournament championship game will take place on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 2 p.m.
All session tickets are available for purchase in advance while all single day tickets available for purchase at the gate each day of the event. All session tickets are $24 for adults and $12 for students/youth. Youth tickets are for ages 12 and under. Student tickets will be available for participating schools when presenting their student IDs. Fans may purchase single day tickets at the game. Single day adult tickets are $10 and student/youth tickets are $5. All single day ticket sales will begin one hour before the first game of each day. Group tickets are available for groups of 20 or more for $3 per ticket (any age). All tickets are general admission.
Fans can purchase all session tickets immediately by calling 1-800-NITTANY or by visiting the Athletic Ticket Office in the Bryce Jordan Center, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
