UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The No. 10/9-ranked Nittany Lions host Michigan in the annual Penn State White Out game at 7:30 p.m. on ABC, it was announced today. The game will also be available on the Penn State Sports Network (6 p.m. airtime) and GoPSUsports.com.
Penn State and Michigan have squared off every year since 2013 in Big Ten games. The Nittany Lions are 8-14 all-time against the Wolverines, including five wins in home games.
The last time these squad met at Beaver Stadium, the Nittany Lions posted a 42-13 win over Michigan at the annual Penn State White Out in 2017. In the win, running back Saquon Barkley had 176 all-purpose yards with 108 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, as well as 53 receiving yards and a score. Quarterback Trace McSorley was 17-for-26 for 282 yards and a touchdown. Linebacker Jason Cabinda led the defensive effort with 12 tackles, while Koa Farmer added seven stops. Last season, Michigan posted a 42-7 win in Ann Arbor.
The Nittany Lions' remaining home schedule includes Big Ten games against Michigan (Oct. 19 – Penn State White Out), Indiana (Nov. 15) and Rutgers (Nov. 30 – Senior Day).
