- Penn State remains home Wednesday night to host defending Atlantic 10 champion Fordham for a 7 p.m. showdown in the Bryce Jordan Center.

SCOUTING FORDHAM
- Fordham is 0-2 on the young season after dropping contests to Columbia and nationally-ranked Notre Dame.
- The Rams opened the season by testing #16/14 Notre Dame, but the Irish pulled out the narrow 60-55 victory.
- Fordham dropped its most recent contest, 70-51, at Columbia Sunday afternoon.
- Kendell Heremaia (13.5 ppg) and Kaitlyn Downey (13.0 ppg) have led the Fordham offense in its first two games. Bre Cavanaugh (11.0 ppg) and Anna DeWolfe (9.5 ppg) have also been key contributors. Fordham's four leading scorers are also its leading rebounders, as all four of the aforementioned players are averaging 6.5 or more boards per game.
- Fordham is coming off a 2018-19 season that saw the Rams go 25-9 overall, win the 2019 Atlantic 10 Tournament championship and a share of the program's first-ever regular season title, and advance to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in school history.
AGAINST THE RAMS
- Penn State is a perfect 6-0 against Fordham, with five of those meetings taking place in Happy Valley.
- The Lady Lions and Rams met most recently last season with Penn State earning a come-from-behind win in the Bronx.
- Penn State trailed by as much as 12 in the first half and was down 44-38 at halftime. The Lady Lions rallied to outscore the Rams 34-11 in the second half to come back for the 72-55 road victory.
- Teniya Page scored a game-high 25 points. Alisia Smith chipped in a then career-high 16 points and a team-best eight rebounds, while Siyeh Frazier added 15 points and four steals.
