Ann Arbor, Mich. – Penn State men's tennis (7-4, B1G 0-1) dropped its Big Ten opener to Michigan (12-3, B1G 1-0), 5-0, on Saturday, Feb. 29 in Ann Arbor, Mich.
DOUBLES
Michigan took doubles matches on courts one and three to clinch the first point of the match.
The Nittany Lions' top pair of Christian Lakoseljac/Christos Antonopoulos are now 6-2 this spring and 0-1 in conference play.
SINGLES
The Wolverines earned wins on the last four courts in singles to solidify their win.
On court two, freshman Charl Morgan came back from being down 0-4 to No. 17-ranked Andrew Fenty to take the first set, 7-6 (5). Their second set went unfinished at 2-2.
Christian Lakoseljac bounced back to win his second set against No. 32 Ondrej Styler, 3-6, 6-5, before going unfinished.
UP NEXT
The Nittany Lions will return home to face Princeton on Friday, March 6 at 5 p.m. in their second-to-last non-conference matchup of the season.
