  • The Bryce Jordan Center had a sold out crowd for a men's basketball game for the first time since March 1, 2011 (15,261).
  • Saturday's game included the highest recorded attendance at the Bryce Jordan Center for the 2019-20 season.
  • Penn State's starting five of Jamari Wheeler, Lamar Stevens, Myles Dread, John Harrar and Seth Lundy was used for the first time in 2019-20.
  • The Nittany Lions captured their first win in this series since Jan. 14, 2017.

  • Penn State's 18-win total after 23 games is the second-highest in its Big Ten era as the 1995-96 team was 19-4.
  • Penn State outrebounded Minnesota 38-35, improving to 13-0 this season when it outrebounds or has equal rebounds against an opponent.
  • Penn State's defense held Minnesota to six points in the final eight minutes of the first half to take a 14-point lead at intermission, the team's second-largest halftime lead against Big Ten competition this season.

  • Lamar Stevens scored a career-high 33 points, connecting on 11 of his 21 field goal attempts.
  • With his 33 points, Stevens has three career games of 30 points or more which ties him for fifth all time at Penn State with D. J. Newbill, Talor Battle, Joe Crispin and Earl Hoffman.

  • Lamar Stevens moved into the No. 4 spot on Penn State's career rebounds chart with 821 career rebounds.
