UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Big Ten Network will host Penn State Day on Monday, June 22, with 24 consecutive hours of Nittany Lion programming beginning at 6 a.m.
Penn State Day features the men's basketball, women's basketball, football, men's hockey, women's lacrosse, men's soccer, women's volleyball and wrestling programs. Programming begins at 6 a.m. on Monday and concludes Tuesday at 6 a.m.
Penn State Day opens at 6 a.m. with BTN Football in 60, featuring PSU's 34-27 victory over Indiana in 2019. A pair of men's basketball wins will follow with Penn State's 76-69 upset win over No. 4 Maryland on Dec. 10, 2019 and a 69-68 victory over No. 2 seed Ohio State in the Big Ten Tournament in 2018.
In addition to the Indiana game, Nittany Lion Football programming will include the 2008 Penn-State Ohio State game (5:30 p.m.), 1982 Penn State-Nebraska game (8 p.m.), the 1995 Rose Bowl Game featuring Penn State and Oregon (9 p.m.) and the 2017 Penn State-Iowa game (11 p.m.). Additional shows featuring the program will be The B1G Story: Matt Millen (3 p.m.), Big Ten Elite: 2016 Penn State Football (6:30 p.m.), The Journey featuring Trace McSorley (7:30 p.m.) and Big Ten Elite: 1986 Penn State Football (10 p.m.).
A tripleheader featuring Penn State women's programs will begin at 9 a.m. with lacrosse earning a 21-5 victory over Ohio State in 2019. The women's basketball 78-74 victory over Minnesota in the 2012 Big Ten Tournament (11 a.m.) will follow and a thrilling 3-2 women's volleyball win at Purdue in 2014 will conclude the tripleheader at 1 p.m.
Additional Penn State Basketball coverage will come back-to-back on Monday beginning at 3:30 p.m., featuring a 75-69 win over Michigan in 2019. The Nittany Lions' thrilling 75-70 victory at Michigan State this past season will follow at 4:30 p.m.
Rounding out the coverage will be wins this past season for Penn State Wrestling at Nebraska (midnight), Minnesota at Penn State Hockey (2 a.m.) and Maryland at Penn State Soccer (4 a.m.).
