UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State men's soccer team will be featured on national television for the first time this season, as Monday's match with Rutgers has been picked up to air on Big Ten Network.
The Nittany Lions (2-1, 2-1 Big Ten) and the Scarlet Knights (3-2, 3-2 Big Ten) will face off from Jeffrey Field at noon ET Monday, March 15. Chris Vosters and Chris Doran will be on the call from Chicago.
This is the second meeting of these teams on the back half of a home-and-home as part of the 2020-21 schedule. Penn State won the first meeting in Piscataway, N.J. by a score of 2-1.
Penn State returns to the pitch Monday for the first time since Feb. 27 after two postponed games due to COVID-19 positives within Tier 1 individuals and a bye week.
