UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Due to excessive rain, more than two inches of rain the past 24 hours, the Overnight RV (ORV) lot will be closed Thursday night. The ORV lot will open Friday at 10 a.m. Thursday night pass holders are directed to Grange Fair Park (1 Homan Lane, Centre Hall, PA 16828) for Thursday evening, and will not be charged.
