UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Penn State women's gymnastics has revealed its 2023 schedule on October 20, 2022. The Nittany Lions are set to compete in 11 regular season meets, including five at Rec Hall.
Penn State opens the 2023 campaign in the Keystone Classic, hosted by Pittsburgh, on Friday, January 6. The Nittany Lions will compete against Pitt, Temple and Penn.
The Nittany Lions travel to Denver on Sunday, January 8. Penn State will match up against Denver and Texas Women's University. Denver was ranked 13th in the final 2022 RoadToNationals rankings.
The blue and white hosts LIU, Penn, and SCSU on Friday, January 13 for its home opener.
Penn State will begin conference action on Saturday, January 21 as it travels to Minnesota. The Golden Gophers finished the 2022 season ranked sixth in the RoadToNationals rankings.
The Nittany Lions welcome Rutgers on Monday, January 30 in Rec Hall. Penn State topped the Scarlet Knights, 196.125-195.475, at the 2022 Big Five Meet.
Penn State visits Michigan State on Saturday, February 4. The Spartans ended the 2022 campaign sitting at No. 9 in the RoadToNationals rankings.
The blue and white hosts Nebraska on Friday, February 10. The Huskers ranked 38th in the final 2022 RoadToNationals rankings.
Penn State welcomes Ohio State on Friday, February 17. The Buckeyes were 20th in the RoadToNationals rankings.
The Nittany Lions travel to Uniondale, N.Y. on Friday, February 24 for the Big Five meet. Penn State will compete against Illinois, Iowa, Maryland and Michigan.
Penn State hosts William & Mary on the Friday, March 3 for a double dual with the men's gymnastics squad. The Nittany Lions will celebrate Senior Day.
The Nittany Lions conclude the regular season at Auburn on Friday, March 10. The Tigers finished the 2022 season ranked No. 4 in the RoadToNationals rankings.
Penn State will compete at the Big Ten Championships, hosted by Iowa, on Saturday, March 18.

Penn State, led by head coach Sarah Brown, earned eight dual meet wins last season. The Nittany Lions topped the 196.000 mark four times, including a 196.550 against New Hampshire.
