Penn State Men’s Swimming & Diving Strikes Gold at McCoy Natatorium

UNIVERSITY PARK, P.A. – Penn State men's swimming and diving defeated Army 197-101 Friday evening at McCoy Navatorium in the first home victory of the new year.

"I think the records are just a reflection of the quality of work. I was pleased with the way that they handled this opportunity, and we are coming into the homestretch here," says Penn State head coach Tim Murphy. "This was one of the three meets that we have this semester before Big Ten's and we have to maximize what we get out of it."

"It was a solid day for a home meet for us as a crew," says Penn State diving coach Jeff DiNicola. "Hayden Elliott and Kevin Sullivan were really solid and consistent, which is exactly what they needed on the guy's side to help support that win for the team."
