UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Fans attending Penn State Wrestling matches in Rec Hall will now be able to park in the Eisenhower Parking Deck for free with a complimentary shuttle to Rec Hall to and from the match. To park for free, fans need to show their wrestling ticket upon entry. This service will begin for the Sunday, Jan. 14 match against Indiana.
In addition to the complimentary parking and shuttle, Penn State Athletics has also increased concessions offerings with the addition of stands on the East end of the building (main entrance side of the building) and on the floor level.
For those fans parking in the Nittany Parking Deck and West Parking Deck, parking for athletic events requires a valid university permit or payment of an applicable parking fee. Single-match parking can be purchased in advance by 11:59 p.m. the day prior to each match using Prepaid ParkMobile for $5.50 or can be purchased on match day for $10. There is a complimentary shuttle every match from the West Deck. Higher rates may apply when athletics events coincide with non-athletics events. Rates will vary and will be announced prior to each event.
To assist in and expedite the egress process of Nittany Parking Deck, Transportation and Police Services will provide traffic control at the intersections of Park Avenue and Allen Street, as well as Fischer Road and Allen Street. Traffic control at the intersection of Atherton Street and White Course Drive will remain in position.
