UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State women's gymnastics team announces its home meet promotion schedule for the 2025 regular season. The Nittany Lions will host four regular season home meets at Rec Hall in 2025, plus an NCAA Regional in April.
Each meet will feature a Kids Zone, complete with gymnastics-related activities, arts and crafts, and much more! Additionally, Penn State gymnasts will be available for autographs following every home competition. Team posters will also be available at each meet while supplies last.
Jan. 5, 2 p.m. – Kids Day – Home Opener – vs. UNH, Penn
- Bring the family and join the Nittany Lions for their 2025 home opener!
- In addition to our standard Kids Zone fun, we will also feature carnival games, face painting, and more for our season opener!
- This will be the first opportunity for fans to pick up our 2025 season poster!
Jan. 24, 6 p.m. –Winter Wonderland – vs. Rutgers
- Join us for a Winter Wonderland-themed night of fun for our 2025 Big Ten home opener!
- Fans are encouraged to dress in their comfiest PJs and enjoy a hot chocolate on us (while supplies last)!
- In addition to our standard Kids Zone, we will also have a snowflake-making station and other winter-themed attractions!
Jan. 31, 6 p.m. – Women Empowerment – 800 Strong – vs. Illinois
- We’d like to encourage one and all to come celebrate Women's Empowerment with us in our meet against Illinois. Female Empowerment Groups, Girl Scouts, Women in Stem, Girl Dads, we welcome you all and we need you to help us in our celebration!
- A special shoutout goes to Penn State Teammates for Life, a Penn State Women’s Athletics initiative fueled by a powerful mission: to generate opportunities for the success of incoming, current, and alumnae Penn State female athletes by celebrating, elevating, and engaging decades of successful Penn State women.
Feb. 22, 2 p.m. – Senior Day – vs. Ohio State
- Help us honor our seniors in our final regular season home meet of the 2025 season!

Fans are reminded that women’s gymnastics is a free event, and we would love to see many smiling faces in the stands at Rec Hall each and every night. Doors open 60 minutes prior to every meet and team march in will begin roughly 15 minutes before the designated start time of each meet so be sure to arrive early to take in all that Penn State women’s gymnastics has to offer!
