Penn State Football Giveaway

Giveaway presented by The Family Clothesline.

 

• Employees, officers, and representatives of Penn State Athletics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• In compliance with NCAA regulations, individuals of recruitable age (typically defined as students in grades 9–12, junior college students, or those still eligible to be recruited for NCAA athletics) are not eligible to win.

 

• No purchase necessary to enter.

• Entry instructions provided on the official Penn State Football platform where the giveaway is announced.

• Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

 

• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Winner(s) will be notified via the platform direct message and must respond within 3 days to claim the prize.

 

• Prize details will be outlined in the giveaway announcement.

• No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the sole discretion of Penn State Football.

 

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Penn State Football, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• Penn State Football reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

• By accepting a prize, the winner grants Penn State Football the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
