Penn State Athletics and adidas have officially begun a transformational 10-year partnership, with adidas becoming the Nittany Lions’ official footwear, uniform, apparel and sideline partner effective July 1.
The partnership unites two iconic brands, bringing together the Nittany Lions’ storied legacy of 85 national championships and 335 conference championships with adidas’ industry-leading innovation and vision. The launch of the union signals the start of a bold new chapter for Penn State Athletics — one rooted in tradition, driven by innovation and focused on empowering student-athletes while delivering memorable experiences for Nittany Lion fans around the world and expanding the reach of the Penn State brand. Throughout the partnership, Penn State and adidas will collaboratively prioritize high-impact NIL agreements and brand marketing campaigns for Penn State student-athletes across the university’s 31 sports.
