PRINCETON, N.J. – The Penn State women’s cross country team placed seventh with 222 points in the 6k race at the Princeton Fall Classic/Meadows Challenge.
Senior Claire Zubey led the Nittany Lions, finishing 29th overall in 20:43.1. Graduate student Katie Dallas followed in 36th at 20:48.2, while sophomore Eva Kynaston placed 45th (20:59.6), first-year Vivian Kipruto took 56th (21:09.7) and sophomore Caroline Tribett rounded out Penn State’s top five in 61st (21:12.9).
First-year Reese Miller and junior Ella White finished just behind the scoring five in 67th (21:18.5) and 69th (21:20.5), respectively. Sophomore Lauren Stine crossed the line in 87th (21:33.9), followed by graduate students Lea Hatcher in 99th (21:41.9) and Charlotte Costich in 105th (21:44.9). Liliah Gordon finished 117th (21:52.5), Jane Kratz placed 129th (22:01.2), Ana Bondy took 136th (22:10.7) and Baylee Espinosa finished 180th (24:27.2).
