Outdoor 2026
Season: Recorded career-best marks in the 1,500m and 5,000m while capturing the 1,500m title at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Raleigh Relays (3/26-28): Opened the outdoor season with a personal-best 16:32.57 in the 5,000m. Bison Outdoor Classic (4/11-13): Won the 1,500m in a lifetime-best 4:23.37 and did not finish the 5,000m. Penn Relays (4/23-25):Lowered her 5,000m personal best to 16:18.42. Larry Ellis Invitational (5/1-2): Improved her 1,500m PR to 4:19.99, placing fifth, and recorded a DNF in the 5,000m. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/15-17): Finished 16th in the 1,500m preliminaries (4:24.44) and placed 21st in the 5,000m (17:31.82).
Indoor 2026
Season: Posted career-best performances in the mile and 3,000m while earning an event victory in the mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge.
Nittany Lion Challenge (1/17): Won the mile in a personal-best 4:43.85. Penn State National Open (1/30-31): Ran a lifetime-best 4:44.97 in the mile to place ninth and finished eighth in the 3,000m with a personal-best 9:24.66. BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/13-14): Improved her 3,000m PR to 9:16.91, placing 21st. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/26-28): Competed in the mile, finishing 26th in the preliminary round with a time of 4:52.62.
Cross Country 2025
Season: Competed in all regular-season meets, finishing as one of the team's top runners while posting a season-best 6K time of 20:25.3 at the Paul Short Run.
Dolan Duals (9/5): Opened the season with a fifth-place finish in the 4K, crossing in 14:13.0. Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/12): Placed 11th in 20:57.6 over 6K. Paul Short Run (10/3): Recorded a season-best 6K time of 20:25.3 to finish 28th. Nuttycombe Invitational (10/17): Finished 131st in 21:26.1. Big Ten Championships (10/31): Placed 71st with a 6K time of 21:30.3. NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/14): Finished 31st in 20:35.7. NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (11/22): Qualified for the national championships.
Outdoor 2025
Dolan Duals (9/5): Ran a time of 14:13.0 in the 4K to finish in fifth. Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (9/12): Dallas rounded out Penn State’s top finishers, running a 20:57.6 to take 11th in the women’s 6K. Paul Short Run (10/3): Ran a PR in the women’s 6K, finishing at 20:25.3. Nuttycombe Invitational (10/17): Completed the women’s 6K with a time of 21:26.1. NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships (11/14): Rounded out the top seven Nittany Lion finishers with a time 20:35.7.
Outdoor 2024
Season: Recorded career-best marks in the 1500m and 5K.
Bison Outdoor Classic (4/12-14): Finished her 1500m in 4:36.85, a new PR. Penn Relays (4/25-27): Went 16:58.89 in the 5K, achieving a lifetime-best mark.
Indoor 2024
Season: Set PRs in the mile and 3K in her first indoor season.
Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/3): Recorded a 4:54.37 mile PR to take eighth overall. David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/9-10): Set a PR in her second-straight meet, this time recording a 9:38.38 3K benchmark.
Cross Country 2023
Season: Competed in five meets for the Nittany Lions in her first cross country season representing the Blue & White.
Dolan Duals (9/1): Clocked a 14:29.2 in her first collegiate cross country competition…Placed tenth overall. Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30): Posted a 21:44.3 6K PR at the Paul Short run. Big Ten Championships (10/27): In her final meet of the 2023 season, Dallas clocked a 23:09.2 in the conference meet, finishing 88th in the Big Ten.
Outdoor 2023
Season: Competed in the 1500 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16).
Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16): Clocked a 4:33.73 in the 1500.
