Season: Competed in five meets for the Nittany Lions in her first cross country season representing the Blue & White.
 
Dolan Duals (9/1): Clocked a 14:29.2 in her first collegiate cross country competition…Placed tenth overall. Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30): Posted a 21:44.3 6K PR at the Paul Short run. Big Ten Championships (10/27): In her final meet of the 2023 season, Dallas clocked a 23:09.2 in the conference meet, finishing 88^th in the Big Ten.

Season: Competed in the 1500 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16).
