LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Penn State cross country team opened its 2026 season with a pair of team victories at the 19th annual Dolan Duals, hosted by Lock Haven University.
Penn State swept both races, with the men’s and women’s teams each putting together solid outings in their first competition of the 2026 campaign.
“Thank you to Lock Haven for hosting us and working hard to get a course we could race after they received seven inches of rain on Wednesday,” said head coach John Gondak. “Happy with our efforts today. We have great packs on both sides. We are looking at getting back to work next week and preparing to host Spiked Shoe.”
