Niagara (3/19 G2): Went 2-for-4 plus a walk to start a four-game hitting streak in which he had two hits in each game ... Drove in two runs, scored two runs and stole a base. West Virginia (3/22): Went 2-for-3 with a double and a run in a one-run victory. Rhode Island (3/23): Continued two-hit hitting streak with a 2-for-4 effort. at Illinois (3/25-26): Went 2-for-3 with a double in the series opener and 2-for-4 with a run and RBI in a 5-3 victory in the series finale … Illinois had won their previous 22 regular-season games against Big Ten opponents. Binghamton (4/30): Scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Purdue (4/1-2): Went 4-for-14 with two RBIs and two runs, with both runs coming in the 12-inning victory in the series finale … With Penn State trailing by two entering the bottom of the 12th, hit a one-out RBI single and then scored the game-tying run on Alex Malinsky’s walk-off double.
