Pittsburgh (4/18): Worked a perfect inning with one strikeout. Northwestern (4/23): Pitched three innings in relief allowing no runs on just one hit to earn the win. At Iowa (4/28): Pitched three innings in relief, allowing just one run on two hits and had five strikeouts. Minnesota (5/7): Struck out a season-high six in 3 1/3 innings of relief. Vs. West Virgina (5/10): Pitched 3 2/3 innings in relief, allowing just one hit, no runs and striking out four batters at PNC Park. At Indiana (5/12, 14): Earned the save in game one of the series ... Pitched a total of two innings in two appearances, allowing no runs and just one hit. No. 22 Nebraska (5/18-19): Pitched 2 1/3 innings over two appearances, including 1 1/3 innings in an 8-7 win.
2016 (SOPHOMORE)

Rhode Island (3/23): Threw a season-high 4 2/3 innings without giving up an earned run while striking out three to pick up his first win of the season. Binghamton (3/30): Threw 2 2/3 innings with no earned runs and four strikeouts to help preserve a 5-2 win. Purdue (4/2): Threw 1 2/3 scoreless innings with two strikeouts and no walks as Penn State prevailed a 12-inning victory. At Lafayette (4/6): Earned the win in a wild game impacted by high winds ... Matched season high, throwing 4 2/3 innings and struck out a career-high seven. Bucknell (4/13): Threw a perfect inning with two strikeouts. At Nebraska (5/15): Struck out one and allowed just one hit in one inning pitched. Iowa (5/20): Finished season with 4 2/3 scoreless innings, yielding five strikeouts and no walks in an eventual 12-inning 5-4 win over Iowa.

Pitched the final four innings in the Cuba Baseball Friendship Tournament opener at Industriales, allowing just two hits ... The four scoreless innings was a staff best for the week.
