2023 Outdoor
Season: Posted personal best marks in the 5K and 10K during her outdoor season with the Nittany Lions.
 
Bison Outdoor Classic (4/14-16): Posted a 16:55.94 PR in the 5K for a ninth-place finish at Bucknell. Penn Relays (4/27-29): Ran the 10K in 37:09.35 for her top mark.
 
2023 Indoor
Season: Posted another trifecta of PRs in the indoor mile, 3,000-meter, and 5,000-meter runs.
 
Sykes & Sabock Invitational (2/4): Broke five minutes in the mile for the first time in her career, crossing the line at 4:59.00. Music City Challenge (2/10-11): Clocked under 17 minutes in the 5,000-meters for the first time in her career, finishing at 16:56.97. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/24-25): Posted a personal-best 9:49.74 in the 3,000-meters.
 
2022 Cross Country
Season: Posted personal-best times in the 4K, 5K, and 6K distances.
 
Dolan Duals (8/2): Finished fifth overall with a 14:19.9 PR over 4,000 meters. Joe Piane Invitational (8/30): Broke 18 minutes in the 5,000-meters for the first time in her career with a 17:59.9 PR. Big Ten Championships (10/28): Ran a 21:38.6 over 6,000 meters to finish 66^th overall. NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/11): Posted a 21:33.6 PR in the 6,000-meter championship meet and came in at No. 42 in the region.

Ran four seasons of cross country and track & field at Cansius 2018-22...Named team captain 2020-22...Won two individual titles senior year at Little Three and Canisius Alumni Classic in cross country...Earned All-MAAC cross country honors after 14th-place finish at MAAC Cross Country Championships in 2021...Set Canisius indoor school record in one-mile run at MAAC Indoor Championships with time of 5:05.59...Member of the Cansius school-record holding 4x800m relay team with a time of 9:35.98 at 2022 ECAC Indoor Championships...Won two 1500m races at SUNY Geneseo Early Season Invite and UB Spring Opener in outdoor 2022..Earned All-East recognition for her seventh-place finish in the women’s 5000 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Named to MAAC Outdoor Track All-Academic Team twice 2021-22...Named to MAAC Indoor Track and Cross Country All-Academic Team 2021-22.
