Season: Competed in five meets for the Nittany Lions…Made the Big Ten 1500m final in her first trip to the championship meet.
Hurricane Alumni Invitational (4/5-6): Clocked a 2:10.36 800m PR, placing ninth. Virginia Challenge (4/19-20): Ran in both the 800m and 1500m…Placed second in the 1500m with a 4:22.90 and finished seventh in the 800m with a 2:11.02. Penn Relays (4/25-27): Went 4:21.54 in the 1500m, setting a PR…Ran in the 4x800 relay and helped her team to an 8:43.12, the seventh-fastest mark in the event in school history.

Season: Did not compete.
2023 Cross Country
Season: Competed in five meets for the Nittany Lions, including the Big Ten Championships. Pickering set benchmarks in the 4K and 6K distances in her first cross country season.
Dolan Duals (9/1): Ran a 14:37.9 in the 4K race, finishing 11th overall. Lehigh Paul Short Run (9/30): Placed fourth in the college brown race, running a personal-best 22:18.5 in the 6K. Big Ten Championships (10/27): Ran a 22:55.3 in her first conference meet.

Competed in track and field and cross country at Merwether High School...Won a gold medal and bronze medal in high school career in the 1500m at Australian national championship...Earned bronze medal in 800m at Australian Nationals...Placed top four at nationals in the 800m four times...Member of the New South Wales state record 4x800m and 4x1500m relays teams...Was a 10-time national qualifier and 14-time state qualifier...Played high school and club soccer...Named team co-captain for eventual state runner-up squad...Picked club MVP for 2020 season...Earned scientific excellence award for the University of Sydney Biomedical Engineering Challenge and was a keynote speaker/presenter at the University of Sydney Women in Engineering Conference for an invented device that can administer multiple medicines without needles or pills.
