Awards: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten Team. Was named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.

Season: Played in all 16 games...Scoring career-high 10 goals and tallied career-high five assists. 

Lafayette (2/4): Tallied one shot on goal. at Villanova (2/12): Scored two goals and added one assist. Stony Brook (2/18): Scored one goal and tallied two assists. at Yale (2/25): Tallied one shot on goal. Penn (3/4): Tallied three shots on goal. at Cornell (3/11): Scored one goal. vs. Marquette (3/18): Fired two shots on goal. Ohio State (4/2): Scored one goal. Johns Hopkins (4/8): Scooped one ground ball. at Michigan (4/16): Took two shots on goal. Rutgers (4/21): Scored two goals and added two assists. vs. Michigan (5/4): Scored one goal. vs. Army (5/21): Scored one goal. vs. Duke (5/27): Scored one goal. 

2022 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
Awards: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten Team.

Season: Played in three games...Scored three goals and tallied one assist.

2021 • FRESHMAN SEASON
Season: Played in five games and tallied one assist.
 
at Rutgers (2/20): Made collegiate debut in the season opener. Ohio State (3/6): Tallied first career point with an assist.

PRIOR TO PENN STATE
Helped John Jay High School go 46-14 over three seasons, including a run to the semifinal round of the state tournament as a junior…Led team to back-to-back Section 1 titles…Earned all-state and all-section honors after totaling 70 points as a junior…Played for the Prime Time Lacrosse Club for 10 years…Ranked No. 66 in the Inside Lacrosse Class of 2020 Rankings…Earned all-state recognition as a wide receiver in football.

Parents are Darren and Anna Mercer…Has two older sisters, Natalie and Dayna, and one younger sister, Kate…Dayna played goalie for the field hockey team at SUNY Geneseo…Cousin, Joseph Braun, was an All-American soccer player at Tufts…Majoring in finance.
