Freshman Jim Warner joins older brother Matt on this year[apos]s Nittany Lion lacrosse team. A talented middie with outstanding high school accolades, Warner will look to work his way into the rotation with Penn State[apos]s strong midfielder contingent.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:
Warner was a three-year starter at Geneva High School in New York. He earned first team all-league honors twice and was the Section V Class B Most Valuable Player in 2008. He was also named Geneva High School Athlete of the Year last season as well. He helped guide GHS to three straight section titles and the state semifinals once. Warner is the son of Diann and Jim Warner and has four brothers (senior captain Matt, John, Mike and Joe). Warner will major in accounting at Penn State
