Johns Hopkins (4/21): Scored a goal and added two ground balls. Rutgers (4/27): Played in the game as the Lions clinched their first Big Ten regular season title. Johns Hopkins (5/4): Played in the game as the team clinched the program’s first Big Ten Tournament title. vs. Loyola (Md.) (5/19): Matched a season-high with three ground balls. vs. Yale (5/25): Contributed one ground ball and one caused turnover in Penn State’s first appearance in the NCAA National Semifinal game.
 
2018 • SOPHOMORE SEASON

2017 • FRESHMAN SEASON
Season: Played in all 16 games, finishing with five points on three goals and two assists…Added 19 ground balls and one caused turnover.

Helped Gonzaga Eagles to three consecutive WCAC titles (2014-16)…Finished the 2016 season with a No. 3 Lax Power ranking, a No. 3 USA Today ranking,  a No. 6 ranking in the Nike/US Lacrosse poll, and No. 7 in the Under Armour/Inside Lacrosse poll…Helped team earn a No. 3 ranking in the 2015 Nike/U.S. Lacrosse National High School Boys’ Top 25 Poll…Was the 2015 & 2016 Gonzaga Team Captain, 2016 Team MVP and a 2016 Under Armour All-American…Was a two-time All-WCAC first team (2015-16) selection…Named to Washington Post All-Met first team in 2016, and was honorable mention in 2015…Was No. 37 on the 2016 Power 100 Freshmen rankings by Inside Lacrosse…Played club with Green Turtle-DC and FCA…Helped FCA to Lake Placid Tournament titles in 2014-15 and Green Turtle squad to King of the Hill, Crab Feast and Legacy tournament titles in 2013…Played on the football team at Gonzaga, starting at linebacker.. Born Nicholas Edward McEvoy on January 28, 1997 in Washington, D.C.…Parents are Sean McEvoy and Therese McNerney…Has one sister, Tess, who played lacrosse at Yale and was a team captain...Majoring in communication arts and sciences.
