PRIOR TO PENN STATE
Named second-team all-state in New Jersey in 2021 after totaling 31 points on 25 goals and six assists for St. Augustine Prep…Invited to play in the 2019 Under Armour All-America Game, as well as numerous other all-star games and teams…Played six years of club with Southshore Lacrosse…Helped Southshore win 2019 Victory Events title and the 2018 NXT Cup title.

Parents are Carla and Jim Scarpello…Mother played soccer and basketball at Marymount…Has one older sister, Samantha, who played lacrosse at Rutgers, and two older brothers, Jimmy and Tommy…Jimmy played football at Villanova and Tommy played lacrosse at Wagner…Is the 19th member of his family to attend Penn State…Hobbies include golf and fishing…Intends to major in business administration.
