On Choosing Penn State:
“Penn State University bubbled to the top of my college list because of everything the school had to offer. I had never been on a campus with such a welcoming student body, world class facilities, and a coaching staff who are so focused on my personal success. From top tier academics to nationally recognized D1 athletics, Penn State University had everything. But, the most important factor in my college decision was the "family feeling." When I arrived at Penn State I felt at home and welcomed not only by the swim team, but by the entire student body. It became clear that people cared about me as the individual I am. Finally, the coaching staff at PSU was beyond amazing. Each and every coach reached out and made a personal connection with me, adding to the sense of "family." Their desire to advance the team to the next level by improving their conference and national rankings, represents the same desire I have for my future swimming career. Penn State uniquely combines everything I wanted in a college. I am beyond excited to step foot on campus and become a Nittany Lion!!”
