2026 Outdoor
Season: Transitioned to the 400-meter hurdles for the outdoor season…recorded three top-10 finishes, including a runner-up finish at the Bison Outdoor Classic…posted a season-best 59.74 in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
UCF Knights Invite (3/27-28): Opened the outdoor season in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking 1:01.88 to place 10th Bison Outdoor Classic (4/11-13): Earned a runner-up finish in the 400-meter hurdles with a then-season-best time of 1:00.06 Virginia Challenge (4/17-18): Placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.03. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/15-17): Lowered her season best to 59.74 in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 16th in the preliminary round…also competed on Penn State's 4x400-meter relay team, helping the Nittany Lions post a 3:44.81 finish in the final.
2026 Indoor
Season: Competed in the 400m and 500m during the indoor campaign…posted a season-best 57.73 in the 400m at the Penn State Tune-Up…recorded a third-place finish in the 500m at the Penn State National Open.
Penn State National Open (1/30-31): Opened competition in the 500m, placing third overall with a time of 1:15.62. PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/7): Ran 58.00 in the 400m to finish 16th…Also competed on Penn State's 4x400-meter relay team. Penn State Tune-Up (2/20): Closed the indoor season with a season-best 57.73 in the 400m, placing third overall.
