Indoor
Season: Ran the mile at the Big Ten Indoor Championships. 

2021 Outdoor
Big Ten Relays (4/23): Placed sixth in the 800m with a season best 1:51.66 and third in the 4x800m relay. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/14-16/21): Competed in the 800m and 1500m runs. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Clocked pair of personal-best times in 800m and mile...Had five top-five finishes.

Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Finished fourth in 800m  (1:51.11). Husky Classic (2/14-15): Ran a personal-best 4:04.18 in mile.  Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-29/20): Finished 11th in mile final (4:11.94).

2019 Outdoor
Season: Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in 1500m....Set a personal best in 1500m (3:44.88) at Bison Outdoor Classic...Posted four top-10 finishes...Competed in 1500m at USATF Championships.

Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13-14): Set personal-best in 1500m (3:44.88). USATF U20 Championships (6/21-23): Placed second in 1500m. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/22-23/19): Ran 1:51.37 to set then-collegiate-best time in 800m. NCAA East Prelims (5/23-25/19): Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in 1500m.

2019 Indoor
Season: Set three collegiate bests in mile, 800m and 600m. Posted eight top-10 finishes with his mile and 600m standards set a Penn State indoor track...Recorded personal-best in 800m at Big Ten Indoor Championships.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12): Clocked personal best in mile (4:10.91). Penn State Tune-Up: Ran 1:20.58 and finished third in 600m. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12-12/19): Competed in 1500m.

Was a member of outdoor track Central Jersey Group 1 state championship team at Shore Regional High School...Won two Monmouth County titles...Captured Shore Conference titles three times...Earned 14 state sectional titles and 10 Group 1 titles...Captured two Meet of Champions titles in 1600m...Earned All-America honors three times...Finished as New Balance Nationals 800m runner-up (2018) and placed fifth in mile (2017, 2018)...Served as Vice President of the Class of 2018...Was a Blue Devil Scholar and a member of the National Honor Society.
