Season: Competed in two meets for the Nittany Lions during the indoor season, highlighted by appearances at the Penn State Tune-Up and Big Ten Indoor Championships.
Penn State Tune-Up (2/20): Advanced to the 60m final after running a 6.81 in the preliminary round…Lowered personal best to 6.79 to finish second in the final…Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/26-28): Competed in both the 60m and 200m dashes…Ran a 6.82 to place 19th in the 60-meter preliminaries…Clocked a personal-best 21.49 in the 200-meter preliminaries, finishing 20th.

Was a three-year letterwinner in track and field at Conemaugh Township High School...Two-time PIAA 2A state champion in both the 100m and 200m dash...Member of the 2023 PIAA 2A state champion 4x100m relay team...Set school records in the 100m (10.22), 200m (21.07), 400m (50.89) and 4x100m relay (42.51)...Also lettered four years in football and two years in basketball....Helped the basketball team win a pair of District 5 championships...inducted into the National Honor Society.

Son of Gary and Leisha Black...Has two brothers, Jake and Braeden, and two sisters, Cass and Danika...Father, Gary, played basketball at Juniata (1991-94)...Uncles, Luke Tresnicky (1999-2004) and Christopher Tresnicky (2001-05), both wrestled for the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown...also a member of the football team at Penn State...Majoring in integrative science.
