2024 Outdoor
Season: Earned First Team All-America honors in the hammer throw, placing fifth in Division III in the event…Won the AARTFC title in the hammer throw with a lifetime PR…Added a Middle Atlantic Conference title in the hammer throw and second-place finishes in both the shot put and discus throw events.
Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor Championships (5/2-4): Won the hammer throw with a 201-1 (61.29m) throw…Finished second in the discus throw (166-11, 50.87m)…Also finished second in the shot put with a 51-0.75 (15.56m) heave. AARTFC Outdoor Championships (5/15-16): Set two PRs in his three events…Won the hammer throw with a 209-8 (63.92m) lifetime-best mark…Added a fifth-place finish in the discus throw with a 167-7 (51.07m) toss. NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships (5/22-24): Placed fifth in the hammer throw with a 200-0 (60.95m) toss, collecting his first First Team All-America honor…Placed 19th in the discus throw with a 151-8 (46.24m) toss.
2024 Indoor
Season: Qualified to the NCAA Indoor Championships in both the shot put and weight throw…Finished 11th in Division III in the weight throw, collecting Second Team All-America honors…Won the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor title in the weight throw, finishing second in the shot put.
Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships (2/23-24): Won the weight throw with a 60-8 (18.49m) toss…Finished second in the shot put with a 52-5.25 (15.98m) effort. AARTFC Indoor Championships (3/1-2): Posted lifetime-best marks in both of his events…Won the weight throw with an impressive 68-8.5 (20.94m) heave…Added a 55-0 (16.76m) PR in the shot put to finish second. NCAA Division III Indoor Championships (3/8-9): Placed 11th in the weight throw with a 61-5.75 (18.74m) effort, earning Second Team All-America honors…Finished 19th in Division III in the shot put with a 51-0.75 (15.56m) throw.

In the first three years of his collegiate career, Williams won four conference medals and qualified to the NCAA Division III Championships in three events.

Son Agnes and Otis Williams…Has one brother, Jeremiah, and one sister, Tatiana…Studying accounting in his graduate year at Penn State…In his free time, Nathan enjoys working out, playing video games, and reading…Chose Penn State because he wants “to be a part of the environment.
