NCAA East Prelims (5/23-25/19): Member of 4x100m relay team that qualified for the NCAA East Prelims for the third-consecutive season.
NCAA East Prelims (5/24-26/18): Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the 4x100-meter relay…Member of the 4x100-meter relay that finished 17th with its time of 44.85.
NCAA East Prelims (5/25-27/17): Ran on the 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA East Preliminary in Lexington, Ky.

AT THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/10-12/19): Ran in three events (200m, 400m, 4x100m)...Scored eight points for the Nittany Lions by finishing third in the 400m race, running 54.08 in the 400m final.
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/22-23/19): Scored 10 points for the Nittany Lions by finishing fourth in both the 200m and 400m finals...Ran a personal-best in the 200m of 23.71...Ran a personal-best 53.78 in the 400m final to score points for PSU in both events. ..Member of 4x400m relay team that placed fifth.
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/11-13/18): Member of the 4x100-meter relay that finished fifth with its time of 44.69, which is the No. 5 time in program history…Member of the 4x400-meter relay that took seventh with its time of 3:39.27…Placed 15th in the 200-meter dash with her time of 24.32...Finished 17th in the 400-meter dash with her time of 54.88.
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/23-24/18): A member of the runner-up distance medley relay with its time of 11:11.91…A member of the ninth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:40.59)…Placed 10th in the 200-meter dash with her time of 24.14.
Big Ten Outdoor Championship (5/12-14/17): Set then-personal-bests in the 200-meters (24.34) and 400-meters (54.74).
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/24-25/17): Competed in the 60-meters, 200-meters and 4x400-meter relay...4X400m relay team finished fifth.

2019 Outdoor

Season: Earned a third-place finish in the 400m race at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships...Scored six points for Penn State at the Big Ten Championship...Member of the Sprint Medley Relay team that set the school record at the 125th Penn Relays...Member of 4x100m relay team that qualified for NCAA East Prelims.

Florida Relays (3/28-30): Ran in the 400m (54.17), 4x100m (45.28) and 4x400m (3:39.86). LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/6): Finished seventh in the 200m (23.98)...Ran 54.26 to place seventh in the 400m and fourth in the 4x100m (45.14). 125th Penn Relays (4/25-27): Member of the 1600m SMR team that ran a school record 3:45.25.

2019 Indoor

Season: Scored points for the Nittany Lions in both the 200m and 400m at the Big Ten Championships...Scored 10 points at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...Set three personal-bests during the season (60m, 200m, 400m)...Personal-best marks in the 200m and 400m both occurred in at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12): Member of 4x400m relay team that won the event in a time of 3:40.85. Finished third in the 200m (24.67) and ninth in the 60m (7.73) Penn State National (1/25-26): Set a personal-best in the 60m race (7.56). Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8-9): Ran in the 200m (24.96), 400m (54.54) and 4x400m relay team (3:36.62).

2018 Outdoor

Season: Competed in six meets...Member of the sprint medley relay that set a then-school record time of 3:47.80 at the Penn Relays.

LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/7): Finished in the top five in the 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m. Virginia Challenge (4/20-21): Ran 12.01 in the 100m, 24:05 in the 200m, 56.20 in the 400m, 45.18 in the 4x100m and 3:43.77 in the 4x400m. Penn Relays (4/26-28): Ran on four relay teams (4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m and 1600m SMR)...Sprint Medley Relay team set a then-school record, running 3:47.80.

2018 Indoor

Season: A member of the runner-up distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championships...Posted seven top-10 finishes during the indoor season.

LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/7): Placed in the top-five in 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m events. Virginia Challenge (4/20-21): Competed in five events...Placed in the top-10 in all five events.

2017 Outdoor

Season: Posted nine top-10 finishes...Set a collegiate best of 11.93 in 100-meters at the Virginia Classic...Set then-personal-marks in the 200m and 400m races at the Big Ten Championships.

Pac 12 vs Big 10 Invitational (3/24-25): Placed second in both 400m and 4x100m events at first collegiate outdoor competition. Virginia Challenge (4/21-22): Ran a personal-best time of 11.93 in the 100m...Member of 4x100m team that won relay event (45.19).

2017 Indoor

Season: Recorded seven top-10 finishes...Set a then-personal best of 7.63 seconds in the 60-meters at the Spire Invite in Geneva, Ohio.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/14): Finished fifth in the 60m and 2nd in the 4x400m.  Penn State National (1/27-28): Placed in the top five in the 200m, 4x400m and DMR. Spire D-1 Indoor Track and Field Meet (2/10-11):  Placed in the top 10 in the 60m (7.63), 200m (24.58) and 4x400m (3:43.62).

Won two Indoor Group Two team championships…Won 4x200 & 4x4 State Championships…Won 2015 Outdoor 4x1, 4x2 and 4x4 State championships…Named first team All-Conference in the 55m, 200m, and 400m…Won 2014-2015 Indoor and Outdoor Sectional/State Champion in the 55m, 400m, 4x2 and 4x4…Won two Meet of Champion winner and record holder ( 24)…Won 2015 outdoor state championship in the 100m, 200m, 400m and 4x1…Holds indoor 400m record…Earned four Indoor and Outdoor varsity letters…Named four-year team captain…Started AAU Track and Field at the age of eight-years-old...Ranked within the top 10 every summer.
