NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9/18): Placed 18th to all-region honors (31:47.7).

AT THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/14-16/21): Competed in both the 5,000 and 10,000m runs. 
Big Ten Cross Country Championships (1/30/21): Placed 52nd with a time of 25:39.9.
Big Ten Cross Country Championships (11/3/19): Ran 24:44.8 to finish 28th.
Big Ten Cross Country Championships (10/28/18): Placed 47th ( 24:53.5).

TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor 2021 
Big Ten Relays (4/23): Recorded a personal best time of 14:26.37 to place third in the 5000m run. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Set a personal-best mark in the 5000m in lone meet of the season.

Penn State Tune Up (2/21): Clocked a personal-best time of 14:31.78 to finish second in the 5000m.

2019
Season: Earned second all-region honor of career with a 16th place finish at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional

2018
Season: Earned all-region honors at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.

Dolan Duals (8/31): Finished third in 6k (18:12.9). Spiked Shoe (9/7): Finished 16th with a time of26:27.5.  

2017
Season: Competed in two meets unattached.
