NCAA XC Championships (11/23/19): Ran 21:05.6 to place 73rd.
NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15/19): Placed 15th to earn all-region honors with a time of 20:39.9.
NCAA XC Championships (11/17/18): Placed 94th to help lead Nittany Lions to fourth Top-20 team finish.
NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9/18): Finished sixth with a time of 21:21.1 to earn All-Region honors.
NCAA XC Championships (11/18/17): Placed 118th (20:51.95) and was the third finisher for the Nittany Lions at the NCAA Championships.
NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/10/17): Was the second Nittany Lion, and fifth overall finisher (20:15.1)...Helped Penn State to NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship.

Big Ten Indoor Championships (2-23-24/18): Competed in the 5000m event.
Cross Country
Big Ten Championships (11/3/19): Finished 25th with a time of 21:02.2.
Big Ten Championships (10/28/18): Placed 18th with a time of 20:41.0.
Big Ten Championships (10/29/17): Ran 20:48.8 to placed 18th at first Big Ten Cross Country Championships of her career.

Competed twice for the Nittany Lions, winning the 3000s at the Maryland B1G Invite and setting a personal best of 10:33.01 in the 3000s to place fourth at the B1G Invite. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Competed in one meet.

Penn State National Open (1/31-2/1): Ran 9:52.23 in the 3000m.

2019 Outdoor
Season: Competed in three meets running the 5000m.

Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13-14): Ran 16:57.05 to set personal-best.

Season: Did not compete.

Season: Did not compete.

Season: Set personal-bests in the mile (4:58.64), 3000m (9:40.51) and 5000m (16:37.71) with both the 3000m and mile accomplishments were both set at Penn State home track...Competed in 5000m final at Big Ten Indoor Championships.

Penn State National (1/26-27): Ran 9:40.51 to set new personal-best mark in 3000m. Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/2-3): Ran  4:58.64 to set new personal-best mark in mile event.
