NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/9-12/21): Qualified for his seventh NCAA Championship event.
NCAA Indoor Championships (3/13-14/20): Qualified for NCAA Indoor Championships in weight throw prior to event being cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic...Was attempting to become first Nittany Lion in history to earn three All-America honors in weight throw.
NCAA Indoor Championships (3/8-9/19): Finished eighth to earn second All-America honor in weight throw (71-4, 21.74m).
NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/6-9/18): Finished seventh in discus throw at NCAA Championships (186-7, 56.87m)...Earned first team All-America accolades.
NCAA Indoor Championships (3/9-10/18): Won weight throw national title with Penn State record, facility record, and fourth-best throw in meet history (78-9.75, 24.02m).
NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/7-10/17): Competed in discus throw at NCAA Championships (190-3, 58.00m) finishing ninth.
NCAA Outdoor Championships (6/8-11/16): Finished 15th in  discus throw (180-10, 55.12m).

AT BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/14-16/21): Claimed his first career Big Ten Championship with a 60.06m discus throw. 
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-29/20): Secured five points with a fourth-place finish in weight throw (71-11.75, 21.94m).
Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/22-23/19): Finished fourth  in weight throw (21.10m).
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/11-13/18): Placed fifth in discus throw (194-11, 59.41m) and 11th in hammer throw (206-2, 62.83m).
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/23-24/18): Secured a runner-up finish in weight throw (76-5.75, 23.31m).
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12-14/17): Competed in the discus, hammer throw and shot put...Finished fifth in discus (184-11, 56.37m) and sixth in hammer throw (208-2, 63.44m).
Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/24-25/17): Competed in shot put (12th) and weight throw (5th).
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/13-15/16): Recorded a sixth-place finish at Big Ten Championships in discus throw (179-3 , 54.64m)...Finished 12th in shot put (55-1.5, 16.80m).

2021 Outdoor 
Claimed four event victories in the discus throw in his final season as a Nittany Lion, including becoming the first Nittany Lion to claim the Big Ten men's discus throw championship. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Qualified for third consecutive NCAA Indoor Championships in weight throw...Placed fourth at Big Ten Indoor Championships in weight throw...Finished in top five in weight throw in all five meets.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/11): Won first weight throw event of season (70-6.5, 21.50m). Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14-15): Threw a season best (73-10.75, 22.52m) for second.  

2019 Outdoor
Season: Did not compete.

2019 Indoor
Season: Earned first-team All-America honors in weight throw event...Finished fourth in weight throw at Big Ten Championships.

Clemson Tiger Paw (2/8-9): Placed second in weight throw (20.75m). Penn State Tune-Up (2/16): Threw a season best 22.47m in weight throw.

2018 Outdoor
Season: Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in discus throw and hammer throw...Won the open section of the hammer throw at the Penn Relays with a toss of 201-0 (61.27m)...Placed second in the discus throw with a season-best distance of 200-0 (60.97m).

2018 Indoor
Season: Won national title in weight throw with Penn State record, facility record, and the fourth-best throw in meet history (78-9.75, 24.02m)...Captured five weight throw events titles during the season.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Won first weight throw of season. Penn State National (1/26-27): Won second weight throw event of indoor season. Sykes & Sabock (2/2-3): Threw then-season best 22.68m to win third weight throw event.

2017 Outdoor
Season: Collected 14 top-10 finishes including two first-place finishes...Threw a personal-best 61.43m in discus at Penn Relays...Competed at USATF Championships in discus...Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in shot put, discus and hammer throw...Advanced to NCAA Championships in discus.

Pac 12 vs Big 10 Invitational (3/24-25): Recorded an outdoor personal-best in shot put event (17.51m). Penn Relays (4/27-29): Threw a personal-best in discus (61.43m)...Competed in hammer throw and shot put. USATF Championships (6/22-25): Finished 10th at USATF Championships in discus throw (184-9, 56.32m).

2017 Indoor
Season: Competed in seven meets...Had nine top-10 finishes...Competed in shot put (12th) and weight throw (5th) at Big Ten Championships.

Spire NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Meet (2/10): Set a personal-best mark in shot put (17.81m). Penn State Tune Up (2/18): Won weight throw with then-season-best mark of 20.08m.

2016 Outdoor
Season: Recorded 13 top-10 finishes...Posted two first-place finishes in discus (Bucknell Team Challenge, Jim Thorpe Invite).
