Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/10-12/19): Finished fifth in the hammer throw finals…Recorded a top throw of 64.07m.
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/22-23/19): Finished ninth with a personal-best throw in the weight throw (19.78m)…Competed in the shot put event.
Big Ten Championships (5/11-13/18): Competed in both hammer throw and shot put events...Threw 61.15m in the hammer and threw 16.61 in the shot put...His toss of 61.15m at the time ranked No. 8 in program history.
Big Ten Championships (2/23-24/18): Competed in the weight throw...Throwing a then-personal-best toss of 64-5.75 (19.65m)...Competed in the shot put event.

2019 Outdoor

Season: Recorded eight top-10 finishes…Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the hammer throw event…Finished fifth at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw. Ranks fourth all-time at Penn State in the hammer throw (64.73m).

Bison Outdoor Classic (4/13-14): Won the hammer throw event with a personal-best throw of 64.73m. Penn Relays (4/25-27): Threw 62.99m in the hammer throw.

2019 Indoor

Season: Set a personal-best mark in the weight throw (19.78m)…Participated in the weight throw and shot put events at the Big Ten Championships…Recorded eight top-five performances.

Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/2): Finished second in the shot put event with a personal-best distance of 17.10m…Finished third in the weight throw with a throw of 18.59m.

2018 Outdoor

Season: Recorded a career-best throw 55-9 (16.99m) to place first in the open section of the shot put at the Penn Relays.

2018 Indoor

Season: Posted eight top-10 finishes between the weight throw and shot put event...Tallied an indoor personal-best mark of 55-5.5 (16.90m) in the shot put at the Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor Track & Field Classic.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Placed fourth in the weight throw (16.98m) and fifth in the shot put (16.35m). Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/2-3): Placed sixth in the shot put (16.20m) and fourth in the weight throw (19.46m)...Spire NCAA D1 Indoor Track & Field Classic (2/9-10): Threw 16.90 for an indoor personal-best mark in the shot put.
