Season: Ran in four competitions with a top-7 finish at the Dolan Duals (9/2).

Outdoor
Season: Recorded six top ten finishes for Penn State. 

Rutgers Tri-Meet (4/10): Won the 1500m and placed fourth in the 800m run. 

2019-20
Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Indoor
Season: Clocked personal bests in mile and 1000m.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/11): Ran 2:31.08 for personal-best in 1000m.  

Cross Country
Season: Competed in four meets for Nittany Lions in his first season of cross country.

Buckeye Preview (9/28): Ran a season best 26:40.0 in 8k race.

2018-19
Outdoor
Season: Placed in top 10 in four 800m races.

ASU Invitational (3/22-23): Placed ninth in 800m (1:57.38). Bucknell Team Challenge (4/20): Ran season-best 1:54.88 in 800m.

Indoor
Season: Set three personal-best marks, all at home meets.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12): Ran then-personal-best in 1000m (2:33.11). Penn State National (1/25-26): Clocked personal-best in 600m (1:23.29). Penn State Tune-Up (2/16): Ran personal-best 1:54.65 in 800m.

Cross Country
Season: Did not compete.

Earned four letters in both track and cross country at Quakertown Community High School...Finished in third in indoor 800m and outdoor 800m state championships (2017)...Took first in the 800m, 1600m and as a member of the 4x800m relay team at the SOL National Conference (2017)...Repeated with titles in 800m and as a part of 4x800m team at the 2018 SOL National Conference...Placed 18th in 800m at New Balance Nationals Outdoors (2017).
