Season: Collected six top-five finishes and set personal-best times in 400m and 600m events.  

Penn State National Open (1/31-2/1): Posted personal best in 600m (1:18.29) for first place...Was a member of a 4x400m relay that placed first (3:11.28). Tiger Paw Invitational (2/14-15): Clocked  personal best 47.86 in 400m.

Attended Barking Abbey Sixth Form...Won European U18 400mH bronze medal in 2018...Won English Schools senior 400mH championship...Holds British record in 400m...Ranked third in the world in 800m in 2018.
