Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/10-12/19): Ran 1:48.75 in 800m final...Earned silver medal.
Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/22-23/19): Continued Penn State’s excellence with 1:48.24 to claim fourth-straight Nittany Lion 800m title.  
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/23-24/18): Placed 11th in 800m final (1:50.83).
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/12-14/17): Competed in the 800m final and finished fifth.
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/24-25): Competed in 800m (1:48.49) and ran a leg on DMR (fourth place).

2021 Outdoor
Maryland B1G Invite (3/26-27): Opened the season with a win in the 800m with a time of 1:49.49

2021 Indoor 
Season: Won the Big Ten 800m Championship for the second time in his career. 

Penn State Invite (1/23): Won the mile with a time of 4:11.61 in his only regular season competition. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Redshirted during the indoor season.

2019 Outdoor
Season: Competed in 800m at NCAA East Prelims...Won silver medal in 800m at Big Ten Championships...Posted nine top-five finishes...Earned second-team All-Big Ten honors.

Florida Relays (3/28-20): Ran season-best time in 800m (1:47.75)...Was a member of 4x800m relay team which won event (7:19.50). Virginia Challenge (4/19): Picked up first win of season in 800m.

2019 Indoor
Season: Finished ninth at NCAA Championships in 800m...Won Big Ten Championship in 800m...Set a personal-best time in the 1000m (2:22.20)...Earned first-team All-Big Ten honors.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12): Finished second in 1000m, running 2:22.20 to set personal-best. Penn State National (1/25-26): Finished second in 800m event.

2018 Indoor
Season: Placed 11th in 800m (1:50.83) at Big Ten Indoor Championships...Set a personal-best mark in mile.

Clemson Invitational (1/19-20): Clocked personal-best in mile to win the event (4:10.07)...Placed second in 600m (1:19.32). Penn State National (1/26-27): Was a member of winning distance medley relay team.

2017 Outdoor
Season: Competed in NCAA Championships in 800m...Recorded eight top-10 finishes...Posted personal bests of 1:47.29 in 800m and 3:46.47 in 1,500m…Competed in USATF Championships in 800m.

Pac 12 vs Big 10 Invitational (3/24-25): Won 800m event in first meet of outdoor season. Penn Relays (4/27-29): Was a member of 4x800m and distance medley relay teams.

2017 Indoor
Season: Posted 11 top-10 finishes...Recorded then-personal bests of 1:18.51 in 600m and 2:23.06 in 1,000m.

Penn State National (1/27-28): Won first 800m event of season (1:50.33). PSU Tune Up (2/18): Placed first in 600m to set a personal-best mark (1:18.51).

Season: Ran in three meets.

Dolan Duals (9/1): Finished eighth in 6k (18:23.2). OSU Cowboy Jamboree (9/30): Finished 73rd in 27:06.2.
