Season: Ran the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400 relay at the Penn Relays…Set a PR in the 400m dash.
 
UCF Knights Invite (3/25-26): Won the 400-meter hurdles with a 54.08…Finished 12^th in the 400 with a 49.83. Virginia Challenge (4/22-23): Ran a 48.86 PR in the 400…Finished ninth overall with a 54.03 in the 400mH. Penn Relays (4/28-30): Ran a 54.50 in the 400mH…Was a member of the 4x400 team that clocked a 3:10.84.

Season: Did not compete.
 
2021 Outdoor
Season: Set a collegiate PR in the 400-meter hurdles at his first meet of the outdoor season.
 
Maryland B1G Invite (3/26-27): Opened the outdoor campaign with a win in the 400h and a second-place finish in the 4x400m hurdles. Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/16-20/21): Competed in the 400m hurdles.
 
2021 Indoor
Season: Competed in one meet, running the 600 and the 4x400 relay.
 
2020 Outdoor
Season: Cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2020 Indoor
Season: Clocked a pair of personal-best in 400m and 600m.
 
Rod McCravy Memorial (1/24-25): Crossed finish line with a personal best (1:21.39) in 600m. Penn State National Open (1/31-2/1): Ran 49.36 for personal best in 400m. Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-29/20): Competed in 600m at first Indoor Championships.
 
BEFORE PENN STATE
Earned four varsity letters in track & field and one varsity letter in soccer at Northeast High School…Named team MVP in 2018 and 2019….Won 300mH state championship…Captured two district championship and one league championship in the 110mH…Named 2019 PIAA first team all-state…Set school records in the 110mH, 300mH and 400mH.
