Career: Won bronze in the 800m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in 2021.Won silver medal as a member of 4x400m relay team at the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Championships.
Records: Holds Penn State record in 600m event (1:29.04). Ranks fourth on the program's all time indoor 800m list.

NCAA East Prelims (5/26-29/21): Competed in the 800m and 4x400m relay. 
NCAA East Prelims (5/23-25/19): Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in 800m.
NCAA East Prelims (5/24-26/18): Qualified in 800m run…Recorded personal-best time (2:07.66).

AT BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/14-16/21): Placed seventh in the 800m and 4x400m relay. 
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/26-28/21): Won the bronze medal in the 800m run. 
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/28-29/20): Won silver medal as a member of 4x400m relay team (3:37.69)...Competed in 600m and DMR events.
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/10-12/19): Placed eighth (2:09.02) in 800m final.
Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/22-23/19): Competed in both 600m and DMR events (fifth place).
Big Ten Outdoor Championships (5/11-13/18): Was a member of the seventh-place 4x400m relay  team (3:39.27)…Competed the 800m event.
Big Ten Indoor Championships (2/23-24/18): Was a member of the distance medley relay that placed second (11:11.91)…Finished sixth in 600m run…Member of the ninth-place 4x400m relay team (3:40.59).

2021 Outdoor 
Jesse Owens Invite (4/30-5/1): Recorded a personal best time of 2:05.82 in the 800m run to place second. 

2021 Indoor
Penn State Invite (1/23): Recorded a season best 2:06.71 to place second in the 800m run. 

2020 Outdoor
Season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor
Season: Set Penn State school record in 600m event...Set personal-best marks in 600m and 800m...Helped 4x400m relay team to a silver medal.  

Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/8): Set school record in 600m race with a time of 1:29.04. Penn State Tune Up (2/21): Ran to a personal-best mark of 2:06.73 in 800m.

2019 Outdoor
Season: Qualified for NCAA East Prelims in 800m for second time...Competed at Big Ten Outdoor Championships in 800m final.

ASU Invitational (3/22-23): Ran season-best 2:07.67 in 800m.

2019 Indoor
Season: Ran personal-best in 400m (55.91). Posted 10 top-10 finishes during indoor season.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12): Won both 600m (1:30.79) and as a member of 4x400m relay (3:40.85).  Penn State National (1/25-26): Set personal-best in 400m (55.91)...DMR team won event in a time of 11:09.85.

2018 Outdoor
Season: Ran a personal-best 2:07.66 in the 800m  at NCAA East Prelims...Competed in both 4x400m and 800 at the Big Ten Championships.

LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/7): Finished fifth in 800m (2:11.40)...Member of 4x400m relay team that placed third, running 3:43.41.

Season: Placed second at Big Ten Championships in the as a member of distance medley relay team...Finished sixth in 600m race and ninth as a member of the 4x400m relay. Posted 14 top-10 finishes in first season.

Nittany Lion Challenge (1/13): Member of 4x800m relay team that won the event (9:04.34). Penn State National (1/26-27): Competed as member of 4x400m  relay team...Won event (3:47.32)...Finished fourth in 800m (2:10.26). Sykes & Sabock Challenge (2/2-3): Won both 400m and 4x400m events. Spire NCAA D1 Classic (2/9-10): Set a personal-best time of 1:30.65 in the 600-meter run at the Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor Track & Field Classic.
